Carrying forward the spirit and impact of the Eureka El Capitan Outfitter Tents, our team spent over a year trialing, reworking, and refining a trusted product to deliver exactly what our customers have been begging to see on their campsites.

Taking inspiration from the endless forests of the Pacific Northwest, we redesigned our new tents in stunning shades of natural greens and browns. Paired with high visibility trim and guy-lines, the ECO Camping Tent will look and feel at home anywhere in nature.

Available in 2, 3, or 4 person sizes and constructed with rugged materials, the ECO series is the perfect choice for Scouts, Guides, Outdoor Schools, Tour Groups, and more!

Why design a tent when so many already exist?

Designing our own camping tent was not something Jessie ever planned on doing! At Skyview Outdoors, we proudly sold the Eureka El Capitan Tent series for decades, until 2024 when Eureka ceased production of all their tents.

After spending 2024 and 2025 meeting and examining dozens of new brands, our team couldn't find anything that quite hit the mark. Some tents had all the features our customers needed, but were far pricier than the old El Capitan. Some tents were a great deal, but lacked the durability and weatherproofing that made the El Capitan so popular.

So...

We took matters into our own hands...

With decades of experience handling and working with the Eureka El Capitan Tents, Jessie and the team at Skyview spent all of 2025 designing, trialing, sampling, and perfecting a tent that encapsulates everything that made the El Cap so famous...
