DECEPTIVE WARRANTY. The retailer pitched the product value based on a Gregory representative selling tactic of jumping on the lid and not breaking and stating it’s backed by a lifetime warranty if it breaks.

Using the lid for balance getting up from a kneeling position, the lid cracked under my hand. The Gregory lifetime warranty has no value and is deceptive. Gregory declined my claim to replace the lid under their lifetime warranty. I have $10 totes from big box stores that are stronger and last longer than Gregory totes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY paying more for a Gregory tote! Gregory totes quality are far below average and their warranty is useless and deceptive.
