this guidebook covers the northern 75% of British Columbia, from the southern boundary of the Cariboo/Chilcotin area to the Northwest Territories and Yukon. This vast area includes over half of the Coast Mountains, the Chilcotin Plateau, the Cariboo region, the Northern Rocky Mountains, and the portion of the Canadian Prairies between the Rocky Mountains and the BC/Alberta border. The area is well known to be home to some of the best trout, steelhead, and salmon rivers in the world.
