I got this cooler as a Christmas present and it works great! I've taken it on week long camping trips to big bend national park and was able to only use 10Lbs of ice! Last week it was almost 80 degrees the entire week and I forgot I had left a six pack on ice in it from a fishing trip the previous week. Went and opened up the ice chest in the garage and still had ice and ice cold beer. Best cooler I've ever bought, never even had to pre cool it.
